dollar deal moreland hills
just a 'small' part of the
expensive & expansive renovation of a beautiful modern home,
PATTON PAINTING INC. has successfully completed weeks of work
preparing, priming & painting new PELLA windows & doors, all
new poplar casings & baseboards & many new walls, sofits
& ceilings. well over 100 sheets of sand paper, &
dozens of gallons of primer & paint were consumed by this
enormous project. & the finished product, as it develops,
is beginning to be a real thing of beauty.
2.kitchen
makeover rocky river
rocky river homeowners abbie &
dave wanted to improve the look & layout of their kitchen &
attached half bath. in addition to wall repair & painting
services, we were able to offer a whole host of extras. we
removed the cabinet doors & drawers & took them back to our
shop where we spray-applied 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of paint
for a smooth & professional finish. we also asked a
cabinet maker friend of ours, BOB GULLA, to build some new cabinets
to match the old (but smaller) to allow for larger modern
appliances. then, we painted those cabinets to match. in
addition to painting, we also installed a few baseboards & a
pedestal
sink.
3.faux
& feature walls rocky river
the homeowner decided it was time
for a change in this newer rocky river home. she turned to
sherwin-williams designer francesca
ionta for advice on an infusion of color & texture.
patton painting inc
was called in to execute the final designs. with a mix of
subtle faux finishes & a few carefully placed feature walls we
were able to deliver a fresher atmosphere in this home's entry hall,
living room, dining room & kitchen. we also cleaned &
waxed to solid oak cabinets & finished to new oak trim around
the new oversized kitchen window.
4.moldings
& more shaker
heights
a little bit of detail goes a long
way. in an effort to add interest to their breakfast room
walls, these homeowners selected a classic poplar molding to be
installed in various sized boxes below the existing chair
rail. after installing the moldings, PATTON PAINTING INC.
carefully painted from chair rail to baseboard to match the
kitchen's existing trim. in addition to the kitchen, we
prepared & painted a first floor hall, an upstairs bedroom &
the exterior front porch &
shutters.
5.two
bedrooms lakewood
plaster repair, painting &
paperhanging made a big difference in this lovely lakewood home
overlooking the lake (yes, it does take a little longer to paint a
window with a view). as in most older homes, the repairs were
extensive. cracks in walls & ceilings were bandaged with
fiberglass tape & plastered smooth as all the wood trim was
sanded, caulked & filled. the ceilings & trim were
carefully painted & designer wallpaper was hung in both
rooms. the homeowners worked with ALLEN-KENNEDY DESIGN to
select the papers & finishes.
